Mental Health First Aid

Stressed about midterms?
Want to help a friend who is struggling?

Come discuss at Mental Health First Aid,
Sunday, March 15 at 7:30 pm
in the Holmes Living Room in Pforzheimer.
Finale cake will be provided!

Mental Health Awareness and Advocacy Group (MHAAG) holds Mental Health First Aid as a workshop to discuss how to help our friends, family, significant others, and peers when their mental health is at stake -- whether they're stressed over a paper, going through a period of grief, talking about wanting to hurt themselves, or anything else. This event will be moderated by Board members of MHAAG.

Potential discussion topics include (but are by no means limited to) depression, academic and general stress, anxiety, relationship issues, gender and sexuality, substance abuse and addiction, eating disorders, suicide, or any
other topic of interest.

Student participation is highly encouraged. Bring your ideas and listen to others' -- we're here to help each other.
